Independent Assessor

Lisa is an experienced practitioner in the community welfare sector with extensive experience across child protection, domestic and family violence, and child safety education. Her career has spanned roles in Out of Home Care, the delivery of domestic violence intervention programs within the NSW Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) Perpetrator Interventions Team, and the design and facilitation of child safety training programs for community organisations.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Social Welfare), a Diploma in Community Services (Case Management), and a Certificate IV in Community Services Welfare Work. She is an accredited Step by Step Assessor and a registered Shared Lives trainer, bringing specialist expertise to assessment, training, and practice development across the sector.

In addition to her role as an Independent Assessor with Infinitas Support Services, Lisa develops and delivers child safety training programs that support organisations to strengthen safeguarding practices, prevent child maltreatment, and implement the NSW Child Safe Standards. She is committed to building the capability of organisations and communities to create safer environments for children and young people.
