We provide theoretical and practical based training and development programs, providing staff with the theoretical knowledge and an opportunity to practice implementing the theory in practice.

The workshops are designed to be interactive and competency based. Providing staff with opportunities for further support by way of one to one mentoring if they require further development in a particular area of practice.

Our programs are tailored specific to the demographic of the agency, the staff and their clients. We believe training packages cannot be delivered as “one size fits all” as they need to take into consideration the characteristics of the agency, it’s staff, the children, young people and families as well as the extended community.

The training assesses competency through practical assessment of knowledge attained within the workshop, and will only be deemed competent upon successful completion of the theory and practical components of the workshops. Therefore ensuring each and every staff member who undertakes the training is actually competent in the learnings.
