Infinitas has recently announced an exciting collaboration with KARI Ltd. Introducing a cutting-edge Caseworker Development Program, The Infinitas Model© that is backed by research and evidence, providing a blend of theoretical and hands-on knowledge. Drawing from the firsthand experience of the program facilitator, Director Danielle Lawton, who has worked on the frontline at KARI in the past.

The initiative was officially introduced in 2024, with all current staff members taking part in the implementation. This highlights KARI’s commitment to fostering the development and growth of their current and upcoming workforce, with the goal of enhancing their skills and capabilities while providing ongoing professional support and development.

The trainer facilitated the training very well. As she was a Caseworker, she was able to articulate relatable situations
