
Danielle Lawton – Director and Founder
Danielle Lawton serves as the founder and Director of Infinitas Support Services, an organization committed to fostering innovation and transformation in child protection. The service is focused on improving the wellbeing and outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
Danielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, and a Diploma in Child, Youth, and Family Intervention. She has a wealth of experience in statutory child protection and has fostered community and corporate partnerships. Her expertise includes delivering programs for adult and juvenile offenders in both custodial and community environments. In addition, she has taken on sessional teaching roles at Western Sydney University.
The expertise she has gained has formed the basis for the projects she has initiated via the Infinitas Support Services models she designed, including The Infinitas Model© and The Infinitas Family Restoration Model©.
Danielle is a committed advocate focused on positively impacting the lives of children, adolescents, and their families through the implementation of high-quality, consistent practices. She has played a significant role in authoring and developing child protection initiatives and programs throughout New South Wales.
Danielle is actively working on research that investigates the ‘Power’ of child protection workers and the role of unconscious bias in restoration outcomes. She draws upon her education and experience to support the development of significant programs such as The Infinitas Family Restoration Model© aimed at implementation across the industry. Her emphasis is on instigating micro-level changes in the knowledge and biases of workers, highlighting their crucial contribution to successful outcomes for children and families.
