Mitch brings 14 years of experience in OOHC as he joins our team. His leadership has consistently centred on ensuring the voice of the young person, the individual most impacted by this work, remains at the heart of every decision. This commitment was shaped during his formative years working directly with young people in care and has continued to anchor his approach throughout his leadership roles.

He brings this same focus to the team, with a strong commitment to delivering high quality assessments that support the identification of suitable foster carers. Above all, Mitch is driven by the importance of ensuring that every assessment contributes to children and young people entering the safest possible environment for the next stage of their lives.

Mitch is known for his warm yet clear approach. He brings a genuine sense of care and understanding to his work with young people, families, carers, and staff, while also maintaining clear expectations and upholding rigorous, high quality processes, always with the wellbeing of those impacted at the forefront.
